 So it is really cold here.  Not Yankee cold, but Texas cold.  We get to worry about pipes freezing and other boring stuff.  I have been totally making fun of the people (many transplanted Yankees) getting all bothered about the weather.  But out with the dogs tonight, it was fucking cold!  So winter here for a few days, at least.  If only my room was not so hot with gross radiator heat, that wearing a wool sweater will be almost unbearable.  But I can't resist---my one chance for real winter.
