So I find it so interesting that I find it so difficult to make myself go out and do things with people; but when I do make myself go-I usually have fun. Book Club last night was great, really good conversation with people I like and find interesting. Our WWII stories from family members had several other tables quiet and listening to us. It was fun. So why is it so hard to make myself go out and do things with people? But at least I tried to live up to my resolution to live more-do more things.

Also, I need to try harder to engage people. Why do I avoid calling people that I think I really want to talk to? Maybe because I talk to kids all day and am tired of talking by the end of the day. But also, I need more adult interaction and need to get over myself.

Now if I can make myself go back to reading books and such a little more than I do reading fanfic and such....

Hoping for a good new year. No real resolutions but the overall intent to live life more fully. Push my comfort zones more often. Live with more intent. I think that if I can really try and do this, most of the other things I think are missing in my life will follow. Oh yea, I also need to be better about cleaning my house ;)
